Chiara graduated in Law with honours from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” with a thesis on Financial Market Law and Artificial Intelligence.

She is a PhD student in Financial Market Law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

She took part in the working group led by the Undersecretary of State for the Economy and Finance for the collation of the contributions for the reform of the Consolidated Law on Finance (Legislative Decree no. 58/1998) within the framework of the Organic Reform of Capital Markets provided for by Law no. 21 of 5 March 2024.

Her mother tongue is Italian, she is fluent in English.
