In the real estate sector, the Firm assists SGRs of real estate AIFs and subjects providing outsourcing services, as well as other institutional investors, pension funds, developers and asset managers, in the structuring phase of operations of acquisition of real estate properties and real estate portfolios (also through the establishment of real estate funds) or in the phase of their disposal and in the phase of management, leasing and valorization with reference to different destinations of use (namely offices, commercial, residential, industrial, tourist-hotel, logistic properties).

The assistance is mainly focused on consulting and drafting of contracts and opinions on the following matters:

• acquisition and disposal of real estate properties and portfolios (including through acquisition or sale of companies), as well as contributions to real estate funds
• leases and transfers of companies and business units;
• tenders for works and services relating to the development and management of areas and properties;
• securitization and disposal of public real estate assets;
• outsourcing contracts (facility, property and project management);
• definition of settlement agreements, in pre-litigation phase, within the management of real estate assets;
• legal due diligence;
• assignments for the marketing and leasing of properties;
• complex leases concerning executive, commercial, logistic and hotel properties, with related work agreements and comodati, as well as residential leases;
• real estate crowdinvesting;
• rent to buy;
• sale and lease back;
• sale of properties under construction.

The assistance is provided, where necessary, using its own network for the related specialist profiles of urban planning, construction or tax.
